SCC at a local Primary School
The Singapore Counselling Centre was recently invited to conduct a talk on Self-Care 101 and Preventing Burnout for staff of a local primary school. It was a fruitful 1.5-hour session
Dr John Lim, President of the Singapore Counselling Centre, was the key speaker for this event and shared more about the differences between stress and burn-out, as well as how we can exercise self-care.
