Before your child’s first session
Children and youth aged 7–18 are eligible for the children and youth counselling fees.
We strongly recommend that parents or guardians first attend a couples’ session without the child. This helps the counsellor understand the family and the concerns about the child or youth. The counsellor will then meet the child or youth for their own counselling session.
Each child or youth session lasts 60 minutes. If a parent or guardian speaks with the counsellor during that session, the discussion is included in the 60 minutes.

Other useful information
- Please note that the counsellor’s availability is subject to changes, in the event of any unforeseen events. We will reach out to you to inform you about any changes to the appointment date and/or time.

- If this is your first appointment with us, please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time to fill in your registration details.
- Please note that we do not accept cash. The accepted payment modes are:
- PayNow (via our UEN: 53136238L)
- Credit card (Subject to additional 5% credit card processing fee for payments below $500)
- Please note that should there be any changes to your appointment, we will be in touch with you shortly.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your confirmed counselling appointment, please notify SCC by WhatsApp or email at least 48 hours before the appointment. Your cancellation or rescheduling request must be acknowledged by an SCC team member to be confirmed. The full session fee applies to cancellations or rescheduling made less than 48 hours before the appointment, as well as missed appointments and no-shows. If the session fee has already been paid, it will be forfeited.
