Relationship Talk for Polytechnic Students

The Singapore Counselling Centre is proud to have been invited to a local polytechnic to conduct a relationship talk. The objective of the talk was to give students a better understanding on how to develop better relationships with not just their romantic partner, but also friendships and familial relationships.

Topics that were covered by speaker include:

  • Managing personal and shared space in a relationship
  • How to communicate your needs and wants in a relationship
  • How to communicate when you are angry
  • Link between thoughts, actions and outcomes

We are happy to have received positive feedback from the students who attended the talk, where more than 95% of attendees agreeing that the relationship talk was helpful and informative.
