PooiYin has come to counselling to follow her calling in life after ten year career in the corporate healthcare industry giving her a unique breadth of experience.
By adopting integrative techniques including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Transactional Analysis, Schema Therapy and Mindfulness during the counselling process she addresses the difficulties faced by her clients including individuals and families as well as seniors and professionals from many cultural backgrounds.
She has been supporting clients suffering from long term illnesses to deal with matters including stress, grief, depression, anxiety, low motivation, caregiver issues, financial challenges as well as treatment and rehabilitation plan for people trying to return to work.
