Carla provides counselling services for children, youths, elderly, couples, families and individuals from diverse backgrounds with various issues. Counselling issues include low self-esteem, couple and family relationships, grief and loss, stress, trauma, experiences with illnesses, caregiver burnout, depression, anxiety and other emotional and mental health problems.

Carla seeks to create a safe and empowering environment to propel individuals towards desired positive improvements and better quality of life.  In supporting the client through the counselling process, Carla uses a range of therapeutic techniques such as person-centred therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, narrative therapy and Motivational Interviewing, etc.

Carla has also provided counselling through Employment Assistance Programmes for corporate clients in regards to their work performance and interpersonal issues.
