Rachel is a Counsellor that uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to work with her clients. Her clients that she sees are youths, young adults, and working adults. She has various experiences providing counselling and psychotherapy to clients suffering from stress and burnout, trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and those with poor self-esteem.
Rachel has vast experience in volunteerism. She volunteered with the Singapore Association for Mental Health (SAMH), providing free counselling to clients who suffer from an array of issues. Rachel has also volunteered with the Changi Sailing Club to provide mentorship for lower secondary school students through its Sailing & Sustainability programme. She guides these students on the importance of values and life skills, and helps them grow into mature and responsible adults.
Through the APACS-HSEU-NTUC retainer clinic programme, Rachel provides counselling to staff of National University Health System (NUHS) from 2020 to 2022.
