Online Counselling (Video Counselling) may be the perfect solution for you.<\/p>\n<p>Some benefits of online counselling include but are not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experiencing greater convenience as the client can have the session anywhere that he\/she feels most comfortable at<\/li>\n<li>Saving time on commuting to and fro from SCC<\/li>\n<li>Eliminating any fears that one may have about bumping into someone they know<\/li>\n<li>Feeling more comfortable to share freely about what the client is experiencing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Our counsellors at SCC will conduct the session for you virtually. Please note that sessions are by appointment only.<\/p>\n<h4>What You Will Need<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>A laptop or computer with an Internet connection, web camera and audio input (At the moment, sessions can only be hosted on laptop or computer), or<\/li>\n<li>Your phone (You will need to download the video conferencing app available on iOS and Android)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>What to Expect<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Approximately a day before your session, you will receive a message or email with the meeting details for you to login to the online (video) session. Please ensure that you have a smooth Internet connection to ensure good video and audio quality of your session<\/li>\n<li>The counsellor will log in during the appointment and the virtual counselling
