We are here to serve you. Regardless of what you may be going through, we are here to enrich your lives.<\/p>\n

We provide a wide range of counselling and psychological services to enable you to mitigate stress and overcome the various issues of life.<\/p>\n

Who We Are <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

The Singapore Counselling Centre (SCC) is the official counseling division of the Academy of Certified Counsellors<\/a>\u00a0(ACC). ACC\u00a0seeks to raise the standard and SCC is one of the pioneer organizations in Singapore providing a wide range of counselling and psychological services in Singapore.<\/p>\n <\/div> <\/div> <\/div><\/section>\n

The Singapore Counselling Centre aims to contribute and enrich the mental well-being of the Singapore society by providing relevant counselling and psychological services.<\/p>\n <\/div> <\/div> <\/div><\/section>\n

Confidentiality <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Discussion in the Therapy Session involve discussing past and present situations, as well as their deepest feelings. Confidentiality is both an ethical consideration and well as an important element in the counsellor\/client relationship. Its actual definition is \u201cThe ethical principle or legal right that a physician or other health professional will hold secret all information relating to a patient, unless the patient gives consent permitting disclosure.\u201d<\/strong> We at the Singapore Counselling Centre consider Confidentiality to be of much significance because of the nature of the Therapy \/ Counselling Sessions.<\/p>\n <\/div> <\/div> <\/div><\/section>\n<\/div>\n

Welcome.<\/p>\n

We want you to enjoy strong mental health and to develop skills in protecting and enhancing your mental well-being.<\/p>\n

Ever get the feeling that your life is in a mess? We all do from time to time. Life has the ability to present us complex issues that are often beyond our ability and experiences to manage. Our thoughts can go into a tailspin as a result. Our emotions can go awry. Confusions can cloud our mind and severely limit our strength and zest for life.<\/p>\n

Woody Allen commented that \u201cLife is full of misery, loneliness, and suffering-and it\u2019s all over much too soon\u201d.<\/p>\n

It is true that many go through a life of misery, loneliness and suffering.
\nHowever, it need not necessarily be this way.<\/p>\n

Life can be full of wonderful goodness.<\/p>\n

By having greater and new insights into life coupled with a stronger and healthier mind, all can have a life unfettered by misery, loneliness and sufferings. \u2013 John Shepherd Lim<\/p>\n

Ronald Reagan, a former great President of the United States of America once said:<\/p>\n

“There are no great limits to growth because there are no limits of human intelligence, imagination, and wonder.”<\/p>\n

If you are experiencing a challenge, come and talk to our counselors. It is all right and normal to seek professional help and insights. Your relationship with us is treated with much respect and confidentiality.<\/p>\n
