Our goal is to help service users reduce distress, develop coping strategies, and enhance overall well-being.<\/p>\n<p>Eligible individuals can access\u00a0<strong>up to 6 subsidised counselling sesssions.<\/strong><br \/>Each session is 50-minutes long and costs <strong>$29.43 (after GST)<\/strong>, to be paid by the user.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong><u>Please note that SCC is not accepting applications until 31 March 2026 as the quota has been reached. Please do not re-submit your application, as it may delay processing by pushing it to the back of the queue.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"p1\">Step Two &#8211; Upon Approval of Request, Fill in the Application Form<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Upon approval, you will be sent an application form to fill in <strong>mandatory information<\/strong> such as but not limited to:\n<ul>\n<li>Racial group<\/li>\n<li>Citizenship<\/li>\n<li>Employment<\/li>\n<li>Type of housing<\/li>\n<li>Highest level of education<\/li>\n<li>Gross monthly individual income<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 class=\"p1\">Step Three &#8211; Upon Approval of Application, Download the Mobile App to Begin Booking Your Sessions<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>After receiving the approval <strong>via email<\/strong>, download the mobile application (available on the App Store or Google Play store).<\/li>\n<li>Register for an account using the <strong>same<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>email address<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Upon logging in, you will see that you have 6 sessions assigned to you.
