My Counselling Experience<\/h3>\n

I went into counselling with a terrible outlook on life and myself, it was rock bottom for me at that time. Joseph helped me to process the troubles I was facing and eventually I managed to overcome it with his help. He managed to understand and work through my problems that I encountered in a very systemic way.<\/p>\n

When I first went in, I immediately felt comfortable with his presence, he provided a safe and private environment for me to share the troubles I was facing. He made it easy to understand how to process the trauma and anxiety I was facing. I liked that he explained it by relating to biological aspect of humans. From there, he provided methods to manage my anxiety and allow my brain to work for myself positively. He managed to change my perspective on how to take in events in my life and how to make better decisions in my life. He will always ensure that I understand what he has said and check in on me at the start of each session.<\/p>\n

I find it his method of approach to overcoming my trauma to very effective. Additionally, he provided me more information about ways to think more positively about events in life and about myself. The way he spoke about me, encouraged me to do better and helped to reassure that I have the potential to succeed which is something not a lot of people has done for me in my life. I will remember my sessions with Joseph for many years to come. \u201cThe brain takes the shape that the mind rest upon \u201c, this phrase will forever be etched into my heart.<\/p>\n
