SCC was the only place I found that seemed to care and act quickly to give me the help I needed as soon as possible. Joseph was recommended by a family member who similarly felt that his presence had greatly benefitted them, guiding them on the road to recovery. Sure enough, Joseph has proved to be an exceptional counsellor, an attentive listener with an immense capacity for empathy who demonstrates no judgement, only a keen desire to understand. However, what has struck me most is his ability to never prescribe which action to take, but to instead provide you with the tools to understand your own mind and decide which route to take voluntarily.<\/p>\n<p>Each time we have a session, unbeknownst to me, I have already been contemplating the exact topic of discussion beforehand, as if somehow becoming perfectly aligned with his methodology for progression.
