Counselling Gift Cards: Terms & Conditions

Dear buyer,

We appreciate your love and concern for your loved one.

Please read the following terms & conditions before purchasing our SCC Counselling Gift Cards:

1. All Gift Cards are for use at Singapore Counselling Centre only.
2. To redeem Gift Card, recipient has to book an appointment at www.scc.sg/booknow.html or call 6339 5411.
3. Gift Card is not replaceable or refundable. No claims will be entertained for card that is lost, expired or damaged.
4.  Please note the following validity periods of the Gift Card packages:
   For Self – collection
   • 1 session – Appointment to be made within 30 days from date of collection
   • 4 sessions – Valid for 4 months from date of collection
   • 8 sessions – Valid for 7 months from date of collection
   • 10 sessions – Valid for 9 months from date of collection

   For Delivery

   • 1 session – Appointment to be made within 30 days + 7 working days from date of dispatch
   • 4 sessions – Valid for 4 months + 7 working days from date of dispatch
   • 8 sessions – Valid for 7 months +7 working days from date of dispatch
   • 10 sessions – Valid for 9 months + 7 working dates from date of dispatch
