Dealing with Emotional Stress

After going through several bad breakups in various relationships, I decided to seek counselling as I could not deal with the emotional stress.

My assigned counsellor came across as a very kind hearted and patient person. Slowly he guided me on how to deal with my emotional stress and identified my issues with my own emotional well being.

I had learnt alot on how to deal with emotional stress and had become a better person. I have since found love again and currently happily attached in a new healthy relationship.

Kudos to my counsellor and the team at SCC. The team never fails to accommodate my busy schedule and fix my appointments according to my schedule.
