Resolving anger issues

I saw my counsellor to fix certain anger issues.  To begin with, my counsellor is:
  • capable of finding and defining the issue
  • propose and execute a right plan to fix the issue
  • uses the person specific techniques to monitor the progress and do corrections

My improvement came after a few sessions and the rest of the sessions were spent on behavioral situations with my current (multi cultural) relationship. Here, he was more to me like a mentor and I was pleased with his advises. They were very specific “gender, race, mentality, family” oriented and were not simply taken from the books. What I really appreciate is his long time experience working with people that provides.

Based on that I can strongly recommend my counsellor for anger management and relationship management for multi cultural couples.
