Brainspotting and EMDR
I would like to share my experience, having been under Angie’s guidance and counselling for the past months. During the sessions, she introduced me to EMDR/ Brainspotting Therapies. The exercises got me to assess the emotions and feelings that I have not been able to let out before. As I tap into these deep-seated emotions, I get to address issues in the past that I haven’t had the chance to before. And as a result, I felt utterly calm and at ease afterwards. The experience has allowed me to understand myself, the past self and how the present self can admit and accept what had happened.
