I came to Joseph with anger management issues.  Through the 10 weeks spent with him, I learn to be aware, accept and learn techniques to identify and manage my responses to different trigger points.   A reaction plan is made for the triggers to help me analyse and act appropriately.  With Joseph’s listening skills and help, I was able to understand the root of my anger and also how to react with assertive responses.
