SCC for “Self-Care 101 and Preventing Burnout” talk

The Singapore Counselling Centre was recently invited to conduct a talk on Self-Care 101 and Preventing Burnout for staff of a foreign bank.

Did you know? According to Channel NewsAsia, burnout is real and it is important for us to identify signs of burnout.

Dr John Lim, President of the Singapore Counselling Centre, was the key speaker for this event and shared more about how to better manage stress and be on your way to a healthy mind, healthy body and a happier you!

  • Tips to exercise self-care
