Grief Management Talk for Para-counsellors
The Singapore Counselling Centre was engaged to conduct a talk for a group of paracounsellors on the topic of grief management. Sometimes, in the line of work, we may experience the passing of a colleague or colleague’s loved one. The objective of the talk was to help these paracounsellors better understand the stages of grief, and what they can do to assist the bereaved.
It was an insightful talk with heartfelt sharing of experiences by both the speaker and attendees. Thank you for opening up and sharing more about what each of you have experienced as it gives insights and understanding to others.
We also wish to take this opportunity to thank this group of civil servants for their immense contributions to society and for being at the frontline in times of danger, difficulty and uncertainty. We truly appreciate each and every one of you.
Thank you for having us at the talk! ☺️
