Overcoming a Past Relationship

After the break up, it was even harder to accept reality and how things had turn out leading me to getting disturbed sleep and losing my focus in a lot of things. To be honest, at that moment, crying, feeling helpless, not wanting to accept any help (feeling that I am not even worth helping) and committing suicide was even on my thoughts.
